SBM Pathshala provides preliminary vision screening tools and educational content. The Service is intended for informational and self-monitoring purposes only.

Important medical disclaimer

The Service is not a substitute for a comprehensive eye examination by a licensed eye care professional. Test results provided through the app are estimates based on the conditions in which the test is taken. Always consult a qualified ophthalmologist or optometrist for diagnosis, treatment, or any concerns about your vision.

4. User Account

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application
• Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful content
