Our basic vision screening, educational content and core app features are offered free of charge. There is nothing to refund for free use of the Service.
If you subscribe to a premium plan that unlocks features such as advanced reports, family profiles or scheduled reminders, the following refund policy applies.

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are governed by the policies of those platforms. We are unable to issue direct refunds for store-billed purchases. Please use the following routes:

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy premium features until then.

If you disagree with a refund decision, you can escalate the matter by emailing support@sbmpathshala.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute". A senior member of our team will personally review and respond within 5 business days.
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will apply to purchases made after the effective date. Existing subscriptions will remain governed by the policy in force at the time of purchase.
